Reiki sessions are a chance to slow down, take a breath, and give yourself time to rest and reset. Whether you’re feeling stressed, run down, or just need some space to switch off, each session is tailored to how you’re feeling that day.
You can choose a 30, 45 or 60 minutes session.
We will have a chat about how you are, if you have any intention for the day's session any any questions you might have.
You can choose if you would like Reiki to be hands on/hands off or a mix.
There will be time at the end if you would like to discuss your experience and any reflections from the session.
